Throughout their career, Charitha has specialized in enabling rapid releases and building PMO best practices that drive organizational excellence. Their expertise in dashboarding and automation has empowered leadership teams to make strategic decisions with confidence and clarity, resulting in improved outcomes across complex enterprise environments.
